You can now register for the 65th reunion using our registration form (see below for hotel reservation directions).
On the registration form, you will be given the option of paying the registration fee ($100/person) online with a credit card or by mailing a check. There is also an option if you can only attend one night of the two-night event.

Reunion Schedule
The schedule of event is relatively complete but may continue to evolve, so stay tuned. Here is what we have at this point:
Tuesday, April 28
- 4 PM: Hilton Hotel check-in
- 6-8 PM: Meet and Greet, 1st Floor Hilton
Guadalupe/Sabine Room
Light hors d’oeuvres and Cash Bar - 8-10 PM: Hospitality Room Open, 11th floor Hilton
Water, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks provided, liquor not provided (BYOB)
Wednesday, April 29
- Meet up with old friends, tour Waco, or visit your favorite places
- 9 AM – 5PM: Hospitality Room open, 11th floor Hilton
- 5 PM: Group Photograph – Meet across street in the park by the Brazos
- 6-9 PM: Sit-down Dinner, 1st Floor Hilton
Guadalupe/Sabine Room, cash bar and DJ Music - Hospitality Room Open After Dinner
Thursday, April 30
- 11 AM: Hilton Hotel check out
Hotel Reservations Info
A block of rooms is being held at the Waco Hilton at a group rate for check-in April 28, 2026 and check-out April 30, 2026.
The group rate is $139.00/room/night + tax + $5.01 mandatory occupancy charge. The two night total is $331.22 including tax and mandatory occupancy charge. Complimentary breakfast is included.
NOTE: it might also be quoted as $144.01/night + tax with the mandatory occupancy charge included in the rate. In either case, the total with tax & charges for the two nights is $331.22.
This rate applies to a Standard King or Standard Queen/Queen. Specific room is dependent on availability.
Cut off date for room reservations at this special rate is March 13, 2026.
Make Hotel Reservations
Reservations can be made now through March 13, 2026. There are two ways you can make reservations for the reunion:
- Online:
Go to WHS Class of 61′ Reunion where you can make your hotel reservation online.
- By Phone:
Call the Hilton at (254) 759-5516 and ask for the “WHS 2026 Class Reunion” rate (telephone line not available after 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays).
